Delivery and return 1. Preparation and shipping Your products are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt and validation of payment for your order. The amount of shipping costs includes the costs of preparing and packaging the package, as well as transport costs. 2. Delivery The Boutique du Parc des Perroquets offers several tracked delivery methods. The amount of shipping costs depends on the total price of the order: – from 100 to 1000€: 86€ delivery costs – from 1000 to 2000 €: 121€ delivery costs – Over €2000: FREE delivery costs. All delivery times specified on this page are expressed in working days, i.e. Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays. 2. Return 2.1 Withdrawal period You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it if it does not suit you. 2.2 Return procedure If you wish to return part or all of your order, you must send an email to: info@e-perroquets.shop. Your request will be processed by our customer service, and we will send you a completed return slip. This return slip must be included in the package before sending it back to us. Items returned without a return receipt or which have not been the subject of a return request will be refused. Our after-sales service reserves the right to refuse a return request.
2.3 Parcel Postage
The responsibility for parcel postage depends on the reason for return.
2.3.1 Conforming Product
If the product you wish to return to us is as ordered, the return costs are your responsibility. For example:

- You selected the wrong product
- You made an error in the quantity ordered
- You changed your mind
Please post the parcel at the applicable rate with the carrier of your choice, or drop it off at the Parc Parrot shop.
If the product you wish to return to us is not as ordered, or if it arrives broken or damaged, the return costs are our responsibility. For example:

- The product was damaged or broken during transport
- The product received is not as ordered
A prepaid return label will be provided to you. Use it to post your parcel, or drop it off at the Parc Parrot shop.
3.5 Parcel Receipt
Once the parcel is received by our after-sales service, you will be reimbursed for the products returned – in the case of a refund request – or we will proceed with the shipment of the replacement product(s) – in the case of an exchange request.
