When your live bird orders are ready to be shipped, we use “USPS Express Priority” or Commercial Air services.
We ship every week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
USPS orders will arrive within 1 to 3 days.
We contact “Commercial Air Shipment” customers before making reservations.
If your order contains more than one Estimated Delivery Time (EDT), we use the longest EDT for the order.
You will receive email confirmations with your tracking number on the day your birds leave our farm.

Preparing for the arrival of the birds:

We encourage you as an avian enthusiast and bird owner to carefully research the birds you are considering adding to your collection and to prepare the environment and necessary care to optimize the health and well-being of your bird.
Make sure to have a cage, seeds, and appropriate supplies and accessories available before your bird’s arrival.
Review our bird care instructions to ensure you are prepared for their arrival.
The live arrival guarantee is linked to the responsibility of the animal owner to ensure a safe, healthy, and harmonious habitat once an animal is under your care.
If you are considering adding psittacines to your bird collection, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with a rare bacterium called ‘Parrot Fever.’ Although it is a highly treatable bacterium, it is advised to enhance your awareness, prevention, and treatment of this bacterium – ‘Parrot Fever‘
Provide a calm, stress-free, and warm environment for your new bird (perhaps 80 degrees F) as it adapts to its new surroundings.
Isolate your new bird or birds from all existing birds in your aviary until you are sure they have acclimated well and are ready to integrate into your current aviary.
Vitamins and electrolytes are attached to each shipping box and it is recommended to give them to your birds as the sole source of water for 3 to 5 days.
